We cater for the holidaymaker and those on
business, as well as people visiting relatives
in the area, or in between properties. We
provide clean, comfortable well-equipped
cottages available on a weekly basis (families
very welcome). Rental includes gas central
heating, electricity, bed linen and towels,
there are no hidden charges. Short breaks are
available in the low season. Pets are welcome by
arrangement (subject to a small charge). We can
offer three well-furnished, comfortable
cottages. All have gas central heating,
double-glazing, and have fully fitted kitchens
with electric cookers and microwaves. There is
access to a communal laundry room with washing
machines and tumble dryers. Price: From £240.00 -

Bellows Mill is a
beautiful water mill nestling at the foot of the
Chiltern Hills in South Bedfordshire on the
outskirts of the villages of Eaton Bray and
Edlesborough, 4 miles from Dunstable and only 9
miles from Luton Airport. Set in 21 acres of
picturesque grounds we offer high quality
self-catering accommodation.
The Log Cabin (Sleeps 2):
The log cabin is a large studio style room,
which stands alone and is set apart from the
rest of the accommodation.
The Cottage (Sleeps 6/8): The Cottage has
three double bedrooms, one with twin beds, and
two with king size beds, of which one can be
converted to 2 twin rooms. A fourth bedroom is
available at an extra cost.
An exciting new
conversion of a beautiful Victorian stable yard
into self contained one bedroom homes.
Located approx. 5 miles from Aylesbury and 3
miles from Leighton Buzzard.
These four
immaculately presented cottages with solid oak
floors, underfloor heating and contemporary wet
rooms are secure in their own enclosed
courtyard.
Each cottage is comprehensively equipped with
fridge/freezer, 3 ring gas hob, dishwasher,
digital TV/DVD and broadband. All bed linen,
duvets and towels are provided. Outside in the
courtyard there is plenty of secure parking and
provision for easy loading and unloading. The
properties are south facing and enjoy their own
private patio space with garden furniture. Well
behaved pets, including horses, are welcome. These properties are ideal as a base from which
to explore the area for either holiday tourists,
businessmen, golfers, walkers or those visiting
friends and family. They are located a mere 15
minutes from central Milton Keynes and under an
hour from central London. The excellent train
links from Cheddington station are a mile away.
Our
cottages have been beautifully converted from a
barn, on a working farm, to a very high standard
and very well-equipped with gas central heating
throughout.
They are 2-storey, sleeping
4-6 people, one double room, one twin room and a
sofa bed. Welcome packs are provided for guests.
There is a pub within walking distance and an
abundance of attractions in and around the area
- Whipsnade Wild Animal Park, Woburn Safari
Park, Ashridge Forest, Milton Keynes, Mead Open
Farm. Rated as 4* Accommodation.

delightful cottages designed to give
every comfort to those guests who wish to
cater for themselves.
Acorn, our
largest cottage is equipped to a very
high standard.
One bedroom is equipped to
M2 standard for those less able.
Three bedrooms feature double beds and one has two
singles. Three are en-suite. The cottage is all on
one level, features a fully equipped kitchen,
including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine,
tumble dryer, fridge freezer, cooker and radio.
The kitchen/dinner and living room are all open
plan, and features Sky TV and a video player.
Acorn has an enclosed area at the rear of the
property overlooking the farmyard (no animals,
just the farm's cats). All towels and linen are
included in the price along with the heating.
