Clint Lodge is a small
refurbished 19th century sporting lodge situated
near Melrose and providing 4 star bed and
breakfast and self catering accommodation. This traditional
Scottish Guest House provides a warm welcome in
its bright and spacious drawing room with open
log fire, and for those sunnier days there is a
conservatory. Residents can enjoy a meal in the
atmospheric dining room; or a stroll in the
large garden. There are five beautifully
decorated bedrooms which have tea/coffee making
facilities and televisions. Four bedrooms
have en-suite bathroom facilities, two with
original deep-fill baths. One of the twin rooms
has a private bathroom.
The adjoining cottage with its
outstanding views over the River Tweed provides
self catering accommodation. There is a private
garden with barbeque and furniture. The
accommodation comprises of kitchen with fitted
units and dining area, sitting room with open
fire and sofa bed, Double bedroom. Two
twin/double rooms, of which one is en-suite with
bath and shower. There is an additional bathroom
with bath and shower. Other facilities include

The Old Manse Bed &
Breakfast is situated in the conservation
village of St Boswells in the heart of the Tweed
Valley. The manse built around 1850 is of
Georgian design and whilst retaining its
original period character has recently been
extensively refurbished to provide comfortable
and spacious accommodation.

facilities, together with complimentary spa

arrangement. St Boswells is an ideal base from
which to enjoy all that the Scottish Borders and

House (Sir Walter Scott's home for 20 years),
Floors Castle, home to the Duke of Roxburghe and
the amazing abbeys in Melrose, Jedburgh, Kelso
and Dryburgh. Traquair House near Innerleithen
dates back to the 12th century and is said to be
the oldest continuously inhabited house in
Scotland.

The Buccleuch Arms Hotel is a charming privately owned country hotel with just 19 en suite bedrooms in the village of St Boswells near Melrose. The hotel has recently completed an extensive refurbishment providing quality accommodation and facilities including an excellent restaurant.
At the feet of the triple peaks of the Eildon
Hills, in the valley of the River Tweed lies Melrose. The ruined Abbey dates
from 1136 and is believed to be the final resting place of Robert the
Bruce's heart, and is also the starting point of St. Cuthbert's Way. Whilst
the adjacent Priorwood Garden specialises in plants suitable for dried
flower arranging, and also features an apple orchard walk with a picnic
