Seaview House
sits on the headland to the south of
Berwick, with stunning views over the
Tweed estuary and Spittal beach to the
north, and Holy Island and Bamburgh
Castle to the south.
The accommodation has recently been
redecorated and refurbished throughout to a
very high standard.
It provides warm and comfortable
accommodation for up to six people plus a
cot which is suitable for babies of 2 years
and under.
All
bedrooms have full size beds.
The ground floor
has a spacious lounge with wood-burner
stove, TV and video, and space to dine.
There is a
large breakfasting kitchen which is equipped
with cooker, microwave, washing machine,
dishwasher and fridge. Also a shower room
with WC. The house is centrally heated
throughout, and the wood-burner provides
additional atmosphere and warmth on colder
evenings. Logs are provided for the
wood-burner and there is no additional
charge for electricity or heating.
Panoramic
views of the Cheviot Hills and close to
the coast make this self catering cottage
an ideal location for the Scottish
Borders.
Comprehensively equipped with cooker,
fridge, microwave, television/video etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the
weekly rates.
The cottage is available for let throughout the
year with short breaks available at £150. Pets
welcome by prior arrangement. Enquire for details

The cottage is
situated just off Castlegate in Berwick and is a
short walk from the town, and the sea, and handy
for the railway station.
Snaffle cottage has been recently refurbished
and redecorated to a very high standard.
It will sleep four in
luxury and has both a shower room and a rather
grand bathroom.
It has a garage so is ideal for cyclists who
might want to lock up their bicycles. There is a
pretty courtyard garden with furniture and a
barbecue. Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed
in any part of the house and we regret that we
cannot accept pets.

is a Scottish Tourist Board 5 star caravan park,
beautifully situated in a secluded hollow.
The caravans are scattered
around the bay with commanding views over a
large sandy beach and the sea. All caravans sleep 4-6
people and include electricity, colour TV,
fridge etc. Facilities include well stocked
shop, laundry room, children's play area and
function hall for bingo, disco and adult cabaret
show. The park no longer takes touring caravans
