We offer two converted
cosy stone cottages, each sleeping four. They
are furnished to a high standard with luxury
facilities for a lovely visit to the Border
Countryside.
The cottages are 4 Star
Scottish Tourist Board rated. Special rates of
£70 per night per cottage. There is private
under cover car parking. There are good local
amenities including golf, fishing and walking.
Mountain bikers welcome, secure lock ups
available. We are very centrally situated on the
A703 Peebles/Edinburgh Road. Bed & Breakfast
accommodation also available. Totally
non-smoking. The cottages have achieved the
Scottish Tourist Board award of ''Access for
Residents with Mobility difficulties''.

you at this very attractive spacious and
comfortable holiday flat, which is entirely
self-contained and well-equipped.
With views to the high hills, it is located in a
quiet sunny south facing position in the
conservation area of the lovely small Borders
town of Peebles, but is only a three minute
quiet riverside walk to Peebles High Street.
The
accommodation is highly recommended by guests,
many of whom have returned year after year. The
flat occupies the entire upper floor of a
two-storey house and has its own front door. The
long attractive entrance hall leads to a
comfortable 18ft-sitting/dining room and newly
refurbished kitchen, which includes a dishwasher
and plenty of cupboard space. The shower room
with a heated towel rail has also been recently
refurbished. The flat is ideal for two people
but there is a large double bedroom as well as a
bed settee, folding bed and cot. A useful
lockable outside under-steps stone cupboard,
ideal for bicycles, muddy boots, fishing gear
and pushchairs, completes the accommodation.
There is ample free parking space.

beautiful Borders countryside, only one mile
from Peebles Town Centre. Close to golf courses,
mountain biking (Glentress) and fishing. Self
