Each of the comfortable one and two bedroom
apartments, as well as three and four
bedroom townhouses, are individually
furnished and stylishly decorated.

paramount with comfortable sofas, a wide
screen television, DVD and stereo with CD
player in each living room and a
television and DVD player in all master
bedrooms.
Kitchens are fully equipped and include
dishwashers, washer/dryers, microwave
ovens and fridge/freezers.

arrival co-ordinators personally meet and greet
every guest, whatever the weather, 24/7/365. We
can also arrange an airport transfer for you,
organise tailor-made grocery packs, and will even
leave a pint of milk in the fridge! Additionally
all apartments have security entry phone systems
and direct dial telephone and fax machines. Our
apartments are available fully inclusive to
include all linen, fluffy white towels and weekly
maid service. Private allocated parking, internet
access and a welcome pack including fresh milk and
tea/coffee are complimentary.

time spent in the apartment, whether it is for
business or pleasure. The apartment makes a fantastic base for visiting
or working in Cambridge, with very good links to
the A14, M11 and a short walk (2 minutes) from
Cambridge train station.
The Granary provides a
compact home-from-home let on a per night basis
(£63 from 01/01/09). It's an ideal base for two people but
will accommodate four.

in the village of Trumpington (2 miles south of

rural location (18 miles from the city centre)
on a working farm surrounded by rolling

we are pleased to offer horse livery holidays at
Little Bulls Farmhouse.
All properties are fully furnished and equipped
to a high standard including TV, dishwasher,
freezer and tumble dryer. Children welcome.

apartments have access to garden areas. Daily
rates and short breaks are available. Welcome
packs containing tea and coffee, fresh milk and
biscuits are provided to each apartment on the day

The apartments being situated in central Cambridge
are within a comfortable walking distance to most
of the Cambridge University colleges, the
historical city centre, the Grafton shopping
centre, many pubs and restaurants, a multi-screen
cinema and Parkside pools and health suite. They
are also close to Cambridge train and bus
stations.
The 3 Hill Farm
Holiday Cottages are situated in the
gardens of a working farm, they offer
fabulous views over the delightful
village of Ashdon and some of the finest
rolling countryside in the heart of East
Anglia, on the borders of Cambridgeshire,
Essex and Suffolk. They are all within
reach of historical cities such as
Cambridge (12 miles) and Colchester,
Stansted Airport (14 miles), stately
homes, picture postcard villages,
beautiful local walks, coastal resorts
and the exciting attractions of London.
We are also with in reach of
the Cambridge business park ideally for those that
need a home from home feel whilst on there
business trips. The three newly converted, brick
built, single story self-catering cottages sleep
2-4, they are regularly inspected with a 3 star
rating and we pride ourselves maintaining the
cottages to a high standard to make your stay a
memorable one with ourselves. Each cottage is well
equipped with comfortable furnishings of neutral
colours, open-plan living areas, wireless
internet, full central heating, double glazing,
flame effect fires, private parking, all laundry
facilities, enclosed front and back gardens,
books, games, an information folder with tourist
leaflets and maps of local walks. A garden hot tub
with relaxing massage jets is available at a small
extra cost.
