Hampton House Farm, Stevensons Lane, Hampton, Malpas, Cheshire, SY14 8JS
Hampton House is a period farmhouse situated close to the A41 with super views of the Welsh hills, and with easy access to Chester, Shrewsbury and North Wales.
A small town with a variety of ancient and
half-timbered buildings, its distinctive character typifies what sets the
county apart from the rest of the North West of England. St Oswald, the
parish church is situated above the rest of the town, its churchyard may
form part of the bailey of a timber Norman castle. The castle mound can
still be seen to the north of the church. Properties also include the 17th
century timber framed Tithe Barn; the 18th century brick house The Bolling;
and the 17th century box framed house, Church View, once the Gryphon Inn.
