Unfortunately there are no ground floor guest rooms and there is no lift in the building. The farmhouse and attached cottage are Grade II Listed and full of character. Even at ground floor level the there are many single steps between the different parts of the building built at different periods and wheel chair access is not recommended. The upper floors of the farmhouse are, as to be expected, uneven. Entrance to the breakfast room for guests staying outside the farmhouse is through the garden, on a garden path and over a low threshold into the conservatory. Courtyard is on the ground floor with a small step over the threshold, the private yard is gravelled. Other rooms are all a small flight of steps. Acorn has large slate steps but these are quite high. There is parking very near to all rooms, except those in the farmhouse.
