Overlooking St
Michael's Mount and the bay, Mount Haven
Hotel has a distinctly contemporary feel.
When you enter you are greeted by the
delicate scent of incense, brought from
holy ashrams in India.
The
décor is chic and contemporary - an inspired
fusion of Eastern culture and Western
comfort; it all adds to the ambience, to
create a unique oasis - a world away from
the stresses of modern living.
At the heart of The Mount Haven is a large,
airy lounge for guests to relax in.
During the day it serves teas and delicious
Italian coffees, lunch, home-made cake and
even our very own special Cornish cream
teas.
We are rightly proud of the Mount
Haven Restaurant.
The decor is chic and inviting, with comfortable
seating. One of the delights of the restaurant is
the fresh local and mainly organic ingredients
that we use. There is a wide range of bedrooms to
choose from. Each one is beautifully furnished and
depending on the room you choose, you can also
enjoy your own private garden terrace or balcony.

As well as the activities we hold here on site, YMCA Cornwall is well within easy walking distance of the town centre, bus/train and taxi station and the famous 'Penzance Promenade' sea front.
With a harbour dating back to the 19th century,
this holiday hotspot boasts a mild, subtropical climate. Overlooking the
English Channel and sheltered by Mount’s Bay, the seafront features a
promenade and an open-air seawater swimming pool, one of the oldest
surviving art deco baths in the country. Often sacked by foreign fleets and
raided by Barbary pirates, the name of the town’s oldest building, 'The
Turk's Head' pub, refers to such an incident. Further places of interest
include the art gallery and museum of Penlee House, the unique, sub-tropical
Morrab Gardens and The Admiral Benbow public house. Whilst nearby visitors
will find Lanyon Quiota, a 5,000-year-old burial place, and The Merry
Maidens Stone Circle.
