The Chapel Guest
House, a converted, former Methodist Chapel,
dating from 1862.
Set in a wooded
valley, just north of St. Austell, we are 3
miles from the Eden Project, 11 miles from the
Lost Gardens of Heligan and yet only 10 minutes
from the A30, giving easy access to all the
other Cornish places of interest.
We have four rooms available, including the
original chapels features. We offer
accommodation in single, double, twin and family
arrangements. All our rooms are tastefully
furnished to a high standard and include a
colour TV/DVD player and there are coffee and
tea making facilities as well as a clock radio
alarm and hairdryer. Wi-Fi internet is also

Tregilgas Farm is a traditional 445 acre Cornish
working farm. All bedrooms are fully furnished and
are to a high standard, two of which are en-suite
and one has a private bathroom, all with TV and
tea/coffee making facilities.

using fresh local produce. Whilst on your stay you
can relax in our garden and enjoy the
tranquillity, or you can take a stroll to Gorran

From the parking area you proceed up two flights of wide concrete steps,14 in all,with a fixed handrail. Rooms1 2 and 4 are all situated on the ground floor on one level. Room 3 is found on the 1st floor up one straight flight of stairs with a banister.The hallway, entrance, dining room and bedrooms all have fitted carpets.The en-suites and private bathroom for room 4 all have fitted non-slip vinyl flooring.Rooms 1 and 3 have a power shower with a 4 inch step ,room 2 has a power shower with a 10 inch step and the private bathroom has a standard bath with power shower over.The bath is fitted with a handrail. Room 3 has slightly restricted headroom on one side of the bed. All guests have access to the patio area , with table and chairs, at the front of the property which is situated outside the front door down one step.
