Set in two acres of landscaped gardens and paddock overlooking the fishing village of Port Isaac (pictured) with pubs restaurants shops and whitewashed cottages lining its narrow streets this outstanding property offers very comfortable accommodation for larger groups and ample space for relaxing and admiring the spectacular views. Lovely walking can be enjoyed on the coastal path and numerous sandy surfing beaches dot the coastline Polzeath Daymer Bay and Rock are all just a few minutes' drive. The lively fishing port of Padstow Rick Stein's famous restaurants and the historic house of Prideaux Place can be reached via the foot ferry from Rock. Wadebridge and the Camel cycle trail and 'Arthurian' Tintagel Castle are under 10 miles Lanhydrock (N.T.) is a little further afield Bodmin and Wenford Railway 20 miles. Pubs and shops 200 yards.

Overlooking the fishing village of Port Isaac with its unspoilt huddle of slate cottages warren of narrow streets picturesque harbour and variety of shops pubs and restaurants this very comfortable property is ideal for family seaside holidays.
The sandy surfing beaches of Polzeath Daymer Bay and Rock lie close by and across the estuary the Elizabethan mansion of Prideaux Place and attractive fishing port of Padstow (famously the setting for Rick Stein's restaurants) can be reached by foot ferry and car or by bicycle along the Camel Trail from Wadebridge (10 miles). Tintagel's legendary castle ruins and 14th century Post Office (N.T.) the ancient harbour at Boscastle Pencarrow House and the house and gardens at Lanydrock (also N.T.) are all within 10 miles whilst Bodmin and Wenford steam railway are a little further. Golf is enjoyed at Rock (8 miles) and Camelford offers indoor leisure facilities 10 miles. Pubs and shops 200 yards.

This is an ideal spot for those who enjoy coastal walks bird watching golf fishing cycling along the Camel Trail or just lazing on the beach. Polzeath's glorious sandy beach is just a few minutes drive and the cliff caves and rock pools are a children's paradise. Water sports can be enjoyed just a few minutes drive away at Rock from where a passenger ferry crosses the Camel Estuary to the town of Padstow and Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant. A little further along the coast stands Tintagel's medieval castle and the quaint fishing village of Boscastle whilst inland lies Bodmin Moor and Jamaica Inn. Pub and restaurant ½ mile shop 1 mile.
