The Brambles
is a newly extended and luxuriously
modernised detached 5 bed roomed house set
in the heart of the Cotswolds in an area
of outstanding natural beauty.
All bedrooms have TV, tea making
facilities and broadband.

spacious dining room has a French theme with
lovely views overlooking the valley.
The extremely large, comfortable
conservatory and adjoining patio with lovely
views is for the use of Guests.
You can simply relax in the evening and
watch the sun set.

Ample off road parking, and set in a large garden.
We are ideally situated in peaceful countryside
being perfect for walking, golfing, fishing,
shopping. The Cotswold water park is approximately
12 miles which hosts various leisure pursuits such
as windsurfing, boating and fishing. Cheltenham
race course and Badminton Horse trials are approx
15 miles. The Arboretum at Westonbirt, Bourton on
the Water, Slimbridge, Bibury and Burford are just
a few of the beautiful places to visit in this
lovely part of the world.
There are several country pubs offering good
wholesome food in the near vicinity. The Kings
Head at France Lynch, which is a 5-10 minute walk,
is our local and offers a warm welcome with
excellent food and real ales. There is also an
outside beer garden for those warm summer
evenings.
We accept debit and credit cards, although the
credit card carries a 2% surcharge.

The Falcon Inn stands
right on the famous Cotswold Way, at the centre
of Painswick, overlooking the historic village
church.
Traditional warmth abounds with stone floors,
wood panelling, log fires and a calm comfort
that is sure to appeal.
The old stables to the rear of the inn have been
converted into a function room full of
character, retaining original stable dividers
and mangers. There is excellent en-suite
accommodation. The rooms are family sized and
fully equipped with TV, tea and coffee making
facilities, hairdryers etc. The Falcon Inn is
rated as 3 Crown Commended by the English
Tourist Board as well as AA 2 star and RAC.
