a 3 star self-catering house, centrally
located in the popular seaside town of Donaghadee, best known for its harbour and
lighthouse. |

This recently constructed terrace house has an
open plan lounge/ diner and kitchen area on the
ground floor; 3 first floor bedrooms with bathroom
on the same floor comprising bath, toilet, basin
and separate shower cubicle. Sleeps 5 - 1 Double,
1 Twin and 1 Single. Available, on request are a
z-bed and a cot.
To the rear is a private parking space accessible
via a one-way system. Gas and electricity are
included. Central heating is by gas and a gas fire
is located in the lounge area. There is a colour
TV, and DVD, and VHS video recorder, cassette/radio, iron,
board and airer, hoover and mop, also a hairdryer.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven,
microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. All
bedding (duvets) and towels are supplied. A
welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, bread, etc.
will be there to start you off.
The town offers convenient access to Newtownards,
Bangor, Belfast and the Ards Peninsula. The Mourne
Mountains to the south and Giants Causeway to the
north are comfortable days out.
Price: 2009 rates: Jan to March & Oct to
Dec; £350 per week.
April to September; £395 per week
