200 year old reclaimed pitch pine beams and old
Belfast brick have been used to create a rustic,
homely atmosphere. Enjoy the panoramic views and
glorious sunsets over the Lough on fine summer
evenings from this superb accommodation. Features
include a modern, fully equipped kitchen with
washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, double oven
and hob. Two bright, comfortable bedrooms with all
linen and towels provided. Baby cot and high chair
available on request. The living room has a log
effect electric fire, central heating and double
glazing. TV with video and DVD player.

Peninsula, each property features individual
patio areas with furniture, gas barbecues,
satellite TV and video, mobile phones,
dishwashers, microwave ovens, and log fires.
No pets allowed in the cottages, however, free
kennels are provided (on site). The group of
cottages are ideally suited for family
get-togethers or groups as there are 34 bed
spaces in total.
Boleyhill Farm
is at the top of a private lane between
Strangford Lough and the Irish Sea.
Each of our three cottages retain their
original character and charm and have
been renovated to the highest standard.
Surrounded by 30 acres of farmland. Three cottages with
open fires, television/video recorder, radio/CD player
and mobile telephone. Patio area comes complete with
barbecue and a complimentary bag of groceries awaits
your arrival. The interiors have been finished to an
exceptionally high standard by Bailie-Irwin Interior
Designers. The patio areas for each cottage are supplied
with furniture and each unit has a barbecue. The
gardens, orchard and farmland surrounding the property
are mostly available for use by visitors.
We are on the Ards Peninsula near to the picturesque
village of Greyabbey with a wealth of antique shops and
a ruined Cistercian abbey built in 1193. The surrounding
area has many golf clubs and watersports including
fishing, sailing and diving.
