This converted barn
consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and
upstairs sitting room, centrally heated and
beautifully decorated with pine ceilings, floors
and furnishings.
The kitchen is equipped
with a fridge, electric hob and fan assisted
oven, microwave and automatic washing machine.
The kitchen has also an old style solid fuel
stove in an antique fireplace surround and a
tiled floor. Stairs from the kitchen area lead
to an upstairs sitting area with sofa and easy
chairs. This Sitting Room has TV points and a
well-stocked bookshelf. This room has a
beautiful view of the lake and the South Armagh
and Cooley Mountains. Located within easy reach
of the Mourne Mountain range, it is four miles
from Newry and two miles from the Village of
Mayobridge.

the country side and Ring of Gullion, an area of
outstanding natural beauty.

An excellent area for outdoor pursuits such as
horseriding, cycling fishing and golfing we are
close to the M1 and only an hour to the modern
Cities of Dublin or Belfast. The local famous
landmark, Kilnasaggart pillar stone is probably
the oldest dateable stone monument in Ireland.
The Pillar stands in a small enclosure in the
town land of Edenappa in County Armagh.

Belfast route and nestles on the edge of
the Mountains of Mourne.
