are four renovated farm cottages - Rose, Mill,
Blackthorn and Stable - on the slopes of Slievemoyle near Strangford in County Down,
Northern Ireland.
All cottages are
fully equipped with modern appliances.
They have been
awarded the prestigious 4 Star award by the
Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
The original cottage was Rose
Cottage a 200 year old dwelling, it has 2
bedrooms (one double en-suite and one with
bunk beds), living room, kitchen and bathroom.
A private garden and brilliant views over
the area of outstanding natural beauty. If golfing is one of
your pastimes then there are excellent courses
within 30 minutes drive including the Royal
County Down. Other outdoor pursuits are walking,
sailing (Strangford Lough),
fishing, horseriding (including beach, forest
and mountain rides), & Strangford Castle. Mill Cottage is
an old mill converted with 2 large bedrooms, it
has a living room and a kitchen. Blackthorne, our largest and most spacious cottage
features 3 bedrooms, a living
room and a kitchen. Stable cottage a
converted 18 century stable and carthouse has 2
bedrooms.

for passing seals, porpoise, jellyfish, cormorants and
