The Lake District National Park covers almost 900 square
miles, with at least 16 ‘great’ lakes, tarns, valleys,
villages and even beaches! Home to England’s five
highest mountains and the UK’s deepest lake.
The Waverley Hotel is
situated in the town centre within easy walking
distance of bus and rail terminals, local shops,
theatres, parks, pubs & restaurants. A recent
refurbishment has been completed creating new
Banqueting and Conferencing facilities for
Business, Societies, Clubs and Associations
providing Business Dinners and Lunches in
relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
There are smoking and
non-smoking rooms. Each of the 25 en-suite
bedrooms contain the usual modern amenities with

The Hunday

possible. Hunday Manor's Sunday lunches are
extremely popular and therefore we would always
recommend our guests to reserve a table to avoid
disappointment.
