With its open-plan living area and private four acre estate – shared with one other cottage - on the lakeside, this property provides a rare opportunity to combine peaceful seclusion with a relaxing lakeside holiday. A full-length veranda offers wonderful easterly views over the lake and the hills beyond. The cottage boasts an open-plan living area with wood-burning stove and spacious, beautifully decorated accommodation, whilst guests are offered complimentary use of the owner's boats and canoes as well as use of a private launching facility for guests own dinghies.

Originally built as a barn that was part of a working farm, this property has been lovingly converted to offer accommodation for groups of up to eight people. Despite being spacious, the property has a very cosy feeling, in part due to the retention of original features such as wooden beams and an open fire in the sitting room; wonderful for relaxing by on those chilly winter evenings. For the hazy summer nights, there are front and rear lawns from which you can enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
