Designated as a national
park in 1951, the Lake District was largely unvisited
until the 18th century, it was deemed as not an ‘ideal’
location for tourists.

This lovely farm is set within the area between the Solway Coast and the Caldbeck Fells as well as being close to the Lake District National Park.
