The Lifton Hall Hotel is a Grade II Listed building dating from the 16th Century that combines traditional character with modern refurbishments including wireless internet and digital TV. Ideally located for touring much of the southwest, or if you're passing through on your way to or from Cornwall. We're a popular business destination too!

Although not strictly a wheelchair accessible room, in that the bathroom isn't wheelchair friendly, the room would suit someone who has limited mobility. The bathroom contains a bath with over-shower and has handrails. We are working towards adapting the room for wheelchair access. It should be noted that there is one step into the accommodation but we we have a ramp which can be set in place. The grounds are well lit at night but walkways are gravel between the paved terraces therefore transit by wheelchair is difficult. Internal doorways are not wheelchair width. However we are happy to assist guests with walking difficulties wherever possible.
The Arundell Arms exudes warmth and comfort and has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes. It is ideal for keen fishermen and lovers of the countryside. In the hotel you will find handmade chocolates in the sitting room, and fresh flowers.
The Old Coach House (4 AA Rated and a member of the Dartmoor Tourist Association) is situated in 1.5 Acres of secluded, landscaped gardens with a number of seating areas for the relaxation of our guests. Each of our 4 letting rooms(all non-smoking) have a number of amenities for the comfort of our guests.
