farm set in a lovely village. We provide
accommodation on B&B, self catering and camping
basis. All our rooms are tastefully decorated
with TV, tea/coffee making facilities and
hairdryer etc.

Nestling on the South Hams coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty which boasts the mildest climate in mainland Britain is this spacious and very comfortable property. The picturesque fishing villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers with their shops pubs and marine activity are also only 1 mile. Dartmoor with walking and riding opportunities is 8 miles. Excellent local fishing three superb golf courses mountain biking and cycling trails and a host of attractions to suit all tastes are all within easy reach. Plymouth is 12 miles.

Popular for crab fishing and famed for their watersports activities the villages are connected by a causeway at low tide. This gorgeous stretch of coastline boasts splendid sandy beaches the nearest within 1 mile (down steep steps) and glorious walking can be enjoyed on the coastal path and (only 8 miles inland) on beautiful Dartmoor. Golf riding and a superb swimming and leisure centre are all within a ½ hour drive. Historic Plymouth is 12 miles away and the amazing Eden Project is under an hour's drive.

This imaginatively converted former Methodist chapel lies in the heart of an award winning village in the sheltered South Hams. Sandy beaches at Mothecombe (footpath access) and Erme estuary are about a mile whilst award winning beaches including Bigbury-on-Sea and Thurlestone are an easy drive. Nearby are the pretty twin villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers. Inland Ivybridge gateway to dramatic Dartmoor has an indoor pool and sports centre and the lovely Georgian town of Modbury is a gem for antiques hunters (both about 5 miles). Plymouth's National Aquarium Saltram House (N.T.) historic Totnes Dartmouth Salcombe and boat hire and quayside markets at Kingsbridge offer good days out. Miles of scenic coastal and estuary footpaths and cycle trails beckon. Children will also enjoy Sorley Tunnel Woodlands Adventure Park and Pennywell Farm. There is also a shop/P.O. pub and children's playground in the village.
