BRAUNTON

With its own heritage centre, Braunton is known as a centre of manufacture for wet suits and surf boards. Close by, Britain's first UNESCO 'Biosphere Reserve' covers a vast area, including Braunton's network of sand dunes, Braunton Marshes, Northam Burrows and the Taw/Torridge estuary. Nearby Baggy Point provides amazing panoramic views, whilst Braunton itself claims to be the largest village in England.
