Sinai House is a
privately owned Victorian House, built in 1860.
The hotel has a residents' lounge and bar,
dining room and magnificent scenic views over
the Lyn Valley and the sea can be enjoyed from

There are no downstair bedrooms nor lift to the upper floors. The entrance is accessed with handrails via three stone steps, a turning slab, three more shallow steps and finally two more steps through the front door. The ground floor is all on one level with two guest lounges, the breakfast room and a cloakroom WC. There is a staricase to the first floor with 19 steps to access four bedrooms and another staircase with 17 steps to the three top floor bedrooms. All our bedrooms are generous in proportion five have bathrooms and two have shower rooms.

The bedrooms with a shower have a minimum 21cm raised ledge in the shower. Our car park is at the rear and access to the house is via steep steps. However, there is street parking in front of the house (no restrictions for those holding a blue badge) and access to the entrance is via a shallow slope with one 19cm step into the entrance hall. Assistance with luggage is available. Two lounges and the dining room are on the ground floor which is totally level, and these lounges are there to be enjoyed at any time of the day or evening. Full waitress service is available at breakfast. We can store any medication that needs to be refrigerated.
