Southcliffe is a small

North. Their individual style, along with their

house is perfectly situated to explore Exmoor
and the North Devon coastline by foot or by car.

Woodlands is a substantial, well appointed Guest
House with large comfortable rooms. Situated on
the outskirts of Lynton overlooking Summerhouse
Hill and the unspoilt wooded valley of the West
Lyn river, yet only a few minutes walk along the
Lynway to Lynton centre. There is a choice of
single, double and twin rooms all fully en
suite, with colour TV, radio and tea/coffee
making facilities. The front facing rooms have
splendid views across the valley. Woodlands is
run in a friendly and informal manner, however
we pride ourselves on our levels of service. We
will do our best to ensure your stay is as you

Sinai House is a
privately owned Victorian House, built in 1860.
The hotel has a residents' lounge and bar,
dining room and magnificent scenic views over
the Lyn Valley and the sea can be enjoyed from
most bedrooms.

with lovely terraced gardens and a private car
park. Only a short walk from the village centre
with its many restaurants, pubs and shops. There
