Set around sheltered water gardens these well furnished cottages enjoy a tranquil atmosphere. Nature trails meander through the 124 acres of meadows and woodlands and superb fishing can be enjoyed. The pretty market towns of Hatherleigh and Holsworthy are under 15 minutes' drive and Bude's superb sandy beaches and golf are easily reached as is Dartmoor. The Tarka Trail is nearby. Eden 1¼ hour's drive. Pub and shops 3 miles.

This delightful 18th century water mill's idyllic riverside setting in the tranquil Torridge Valley offers the opportunity to enjoy 1½ miles of private salmon and trout fishing and occasional sightings of otters and kingfishers. Approached by a private tree lined drive the very comfortably furnished mill lies in the grounds of the owners' home surrounded by 40 acres of water meadows and grass keep (a hard tennis court is also available). Bude's superb beaches are a ½ hour drive. Rosemoor Gardens 10 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile.

Bude's magnificent beaches are 9 miles.
