The chalets have there own allotted parking spaces
nearby and have recently been double-glazed. They

towels and tea towels. The Kitchen is
comprehensively equipped with electric cooker,
microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and
filter coffee maker and the lounge has TV/video,
books, games, videos and for your picnic (chairs,
thermos flask, plastic knives, forks, mugs and
plates). A no smoking policy applies and dogs are
regrettably not allowed.

10 College View, as its name suggests, sits high on the hill overlooking the Britannia Royal Naval College and the River Dart . This is a traditional Devon cottage that has been modernised to give the best of both worlds. The house is accessed through an iron gate at the side of 1 College View in Fore Street (one house away from the Village Store). Climb up the steps past the lower cottages and you will come to the lower patio with its summerhouse. There are roughly 70 steps leading up to the house and it is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. Car parking is available in the Darthaven Marina car park and a weekly parking permit is available direct from Darthaven Marina. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters.
