The properties are located at Hillhead, between Brixham and Dartmouth. They are 2 miles from Brixham, 5 miles from Paignton and 3 miles from Dartmouth via the ferry. The location provides rural views to the front down the Dart Valley and some sea views to the rear. There is good local walking on the South West Coastal Path.
