Our guest-use toilet is adjacent to the ground floor dining room. There is a 20cm step down to the side hinged door. The top flushing toilet is at 40 cm and the hand basin is at 95cm with forward turning lever taps. Access to the first floor bedrooms is from your own entrance at the side of the building. The lane and pavement slope at this point. Six steps depth ranging from 9cm. to 20cm. Width of entrance 90cm with hand rails on each side. Entrance through side hanging door 70cm wide. Tiled hallway to stairs. 12 steps of 20cm. depth, 70cm. Wide with hand rail on left hand side. All rooms are ensuite.
