Stock Gaylard Estate
is a small traditional Estate just over 4 miles
from Sturminster Newton and 8 miles from
Sherborne in Dorset.
The Estate is approximately 1700 acres with
around 300 acres of predominantly oak woodland,
80 acres of common land and an enclosed 80 acre
deer park with a small lake.
There are only 13 chalets and all are
individually owned with Siesta and Sandpiper
being two of only a small number currently
available to rent.
Siesta has one double and one twin bedroom
and is situated at the top of the chalet
park giving superb sea views from the
sitting room.
Sandpiper has one double bedroom and is
situated at the front of the chalet park
within yards of the steps leading down to
the beach.
Sandpiper has a
bathroom with W.C., basin and bath. Our two
holiday lets Celtic Field and Meriden are
situated within a working livery yard located in
one of North Dorset’s hidden valleys. With
stunning views and endless walks, our two
comfortable properties are perfect for that get
away from it all holiday. Spacious and
welcoming, the yurts stand on wooden platforms,
set up in groups of three – two bedroom yurts,
each with a double bed and two singles, and a
kitchen/living yurt. They are stylishly and
individually furnished allowing you to enjoy the
simple pleasures of the outdoors without
sacrificing any comforts. All your needs are
provided for, including bed linen, duvets,
pillows, rugs and kitchen equipment.
