The Green is a Georgian
Grade 2 listed house having been enlarged from
an existing cottage in 1762. It is located
within 350 yards of the village centre and
marina.
The accommodation comprises
of 2 double rooms sea views, and en-suite
facilities available. Each room is centrally
heated, with television, tea/coffee hospitality
tray, and Wi-Fi broadband. The rooms are non
smoking. There is also off street parking.

fishing or walking. The Quantock Hills, the
Brendon Hills and Exmoor National Park are close
by. The West Somerset Steam Railway calls at
Watchet.
