The cottage is south facing in a sunny but
sheltered position on the lane leading to the
Church. There are views from the cottage and its
gardens of the wooded hillsides of the Exe valley.
The village green is only a minutes walk away. Two
rivers the Exe and Winn Brook run through
Winsford, crossed by no less than eight bridges.
