Our spacious self catering holiday chalets set in
a natural wooded area, have superb views of three
of the highest mountains in the British Isles.
Lone Pine Lodge has a large balcony with some of
the best views of snow-capped Ben Nevis. It is a
fly fisherman's dream abode with a trout loch 20
yards from your balcony and farm walks up into the
hills behind.
We offer excellent hacking by the River Lochy on
our organic farm. The horses all compete in
various disciplines - dressage to eventing - so
are well schooled and good rides. We also have a
small stud of Highland ponies and usually have
young stock for sale.
Our trout ponds are located in front of Ben Nevis,
stocked with rainbow trout from 1 1/2lbs to 5lbs,
rods available for hire and basic instruction
available.

Set beside the owners' home yet totally self-contained it lies just 3 miles from Fort William's many town amenities – an ideal location from which to visit Glenfinnan and the silver sands of Morar. An excellent range of nearby outdoor activities includes climbing mountain biking walking fishing riding golf and skiing (in season). For the less energetic there are steam train rides (in season) through magnificent scenery to Mallaig along the route used to film Harry Potter. Shop and pub with food ½ mile.
