The 17th century
barn is a made of traditional Herefordshire
red sand stone and was once used to milk the
cows in. It has been converted with great
attention to detail and to a high standard.
There is an inglenook fireplace with wood
burner, beamed walls and ceilings, antique
stained glass, built in Hoover cleaning
system, under floor heating, modern fitted
kitchens, comfortable sitting rooms and
beautiful bedrooms. A Superb barn conversion

WAGONERS COTTAGE
is a one storey, two bed roomed, very popular
holiday cottage converted from an old farm wagon
shed. It has exposed beams and a charm of its
own views of open countryside, a patio area with
barbecue plus large lawn at the back, all
enclosed.
Sleeps 2-4 persons in two bedrooms.
BARN HOUSE AND OWLS
NEST are two, very comfortable three bed
roomed cottages. They have modern kitchens, new
bathrooms, sitting and dining rooms in each.
Plus the convenience of an extra toilet
downstairs. Each self-catering cottage sleeps
from 2-6 persons and has its own private
enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecues and
views of open countryside.

THE GRANARY is a
superb barn conversion sleeping from 6-12. The
Granary has original oak beams, an oak floor
boarded lounge with large brown leather sofas
and a large farmhouse kitchen with a rustic
slated floor and a table to seat up to 12.
It has three very spacious bedrooms and three
large bathrooms. It can be rented on its own or
together with one, two or three of our other
