The Annexe is a three-room
accommodation with direct access to a enclosed

front of the bungalow. En-suite room. Spacious
living room with TV and radio. The kitchen is
fully equipped with all necessities including
utensils, microwave, cooker, fridge, kettle,
toaster.
The Studio was newly designed in 2003 and has a
double bedroom, shower room, living room with
dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The area
is superb for walking and riding with an
extensive network of paths. Fields are available
for exercising dogs. All linen, towels, tea
towels, pillow slips, etc. are included in the
price. Dogs are welcomed if well behaved.
Gotten Manor provides
both self catering accommodation and bed and
breakfast.

superbly decorated with everything you need to
enjoy your stay.

The Cart House is a 200 year old stone barn
converted into two self catering cottages, yet
retaining the open facade of the original
building. The cottages feature huge open plan
living/kitchen areas with big, picture windows
across the front. There are two bedrooms in each
cottage. The main bedrooms feature a double bed
and the second bedroom has three singles. The
bathrooms are downstairs, each with a king size
shower, hand basin and W.C. We now also have a
new cottage available; The Milk House is a newly
converted is a 200 year old stone barn. It has 3
large bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a fully
fitted kitchen, TV with freeview & DVD (Wi-Fi
internet access is also available). All cottages
have full central heating. There is ample
parking space and each cottage has its own
garden and barbecue. The cottages are
traditionally decorated with lime washed walls
and every effort has been made to make them as
ecologically acceptable as possible.
This grade II listed, semi-detached thatched cottage adjoins the owner's home in the village of Niton. Close to the island's southern coast, the property is widely believed to be the oldest in the village—dating from the 16th Century - and was once used as a smuggler’s haunt. Today, this charming cottage provides a snug, romantic retreat. With comfortable, well-equipped accommodation, this property offers exposed beams, a quirky wooden staircase leading to the double bedroom, wooden floors and stencilled walls. The cottage is within easy walking distance of Niton's two pubs and is just a short drive from the Isle of Wight's major attractions.
