properties are in the quieter West Wight in
Yarmouth, or near to the historic little harbour
with its wide range of places to eat and drink
and with good access by car or public transport. There is a wide variety
of beaches within easy reach, and the houses are
ideally placed to enjoy the stunning land and
seascapes of the West Wight, walking, cycling,
riding, sailing, playing golf, exploring the
Island's heritage -or just simply relaxing.
Originally built in
1931 Eastern Lee has been recently refurbished
to luxury standards, extended, and made 'eco
friendly' using geo-thermal heating &
environmentally friendly technology.
Set in a secluded garden, with fields
surrounding the house on either side, 'Eastern
Lee' offers peaceful country views. In the
living area are sofas and easy chairs,
television with 'free view' box and DVD player,
and Radio/CD player. The kitchen is very well
equipped and has an electric hob and oven,
microwave, fridge, toaster & coffee maker. There
is a dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and
tumble dryer in the utility room. The master
bedroom has splendid country views to south and
west and a 6' double bed, which may be unzipped
into twin 3' divans. The room features a
freestanding double-ended bath with shower over.
Beds are made up ready for your arrival with
duvets provided as standard. Alternatively,
blankets are available on request. A back door
opens from main living into a new sun lounge
area leading to the secluded garden. A barbecue
in the garden is provided for warm evenings.
There are a variety of beaches within easy reach
and the house is ideally placed for walking,
cycling, golf, riding, sailing, visits to
beaches and exploring the Island. Bed linen and
towels, heating and electricity are included in
the price.

grounds, situated in an area of
outstanding natural beauty on the edge of
the yachting haven of Yarmouth on the
Isle of Wight.
The one, two, three and specifically designed
‘accessible accommodation’ cottages offer a high
level of comfort, with excellent furnishings and
fittings that provide a relaxing and welcoming
environment for your holiday. All the cottages
offer the same luxury standard throughout and each
has a private outside decking area or garden, open
plan living areas, fully fitted kitchens, well
appointed family bathrooms, television and music
centre with CD/DVD players. Most three bedroom and
some two bedroom cottages also offer an en-suite
bathroom to the master bedroom and some three
bedroom units have a separate lounge. This
peaceful and relaxing holiday retreat also offers
indoor pool, tennis, squash, gym, snooker, and
Children’s Club, use of these facilities are
included in the cost of your holiday.
Alternatively, you can indulge yourself in the Spa
relaxation, steam and sauna rooms, or treat
yourself to a wide range of health and beauty
treatments (for which extra charges do apply) and
then relax in the poolside Bistro.
