peaceful and secluded grounds and surrounded by
open countryside in a beautiful part of rural
Lincolnshire.
Newlands is just a 5
minute car journey to the centre of Epworth, and
the town of Gainsborough is just 9 miles away.

These super cottages are a result of a
conversion of a 19th century agricultural barn.
The cottages are set around a pretty courtyard
with covered barbecue area complete with patio
heaters. Serviced with electric coal effect
fires, thermostatic controlled central heating,
ample private parking , CCTV , 21” teletext TV,
video, CD player, DVD player, Digital Freeview,
electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge with
freezer box, fully equipped kitchen. shaving
points & electric shower, patio doors opening

mid-week or weekend breaks, holidays, and
short-term letting and are furnished and
equipped to a very high standard. Longer stays
are welcome and can be discussed on an
individual basis.
