These
luxurious apartments are situated on Old Hall
Street, opposite Liverpool's Moorefield Train
Station in the centre of Liverpool. Liverpool's

and restaurants, the Albert Docks, and the
popular Beatles' Quarter attractions. The

luxury two bedroom Duplex apartments will
accommodate up to six guests (either two twins,
or one double and one twin). Stylish throughout,
the apartments are fitted with a state of the
art kitchen with SMEG and AEG appliances. The
light and airy lounges have a chic contemporary
feel, with leather sofas, LCD TV, freeview,
broadband, and stereo. All modern utensils are
included, with modern crisp white fully fitted
bathrooms, one spacious twin bedroom and one
double bedroom, or two twins. All bedrooms have
a contemporary design, with white bed linen. 24
hour concierge service is also available to
ensure your utmost comfort.
Holly House is a
charming luxury Victorian town house,
with beautifully designed and decorated
rooms in a contemporary style. The house
is located in the stunning setting of
Newsham Park, which is a conservation
area.
Within easy walking distance to both
Liverpool (Anfield) and Everton (Goodison)
football stadiums and only 10 minutes
from the centre of Liverpool, perfect for
exploring Liverpool's many museums and
attractions.
The house is available as a
single self-catering unit, comfortably
accommodating up to 14 guests in seven double /
twin bedrooms, three are en-suite, two further
bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. With
wireless LAN Broadband Internet connection
(please bring your lap-top.) The rooms include
deluxe double / twin rooms with super king beds,
cable TV, with en-suite facilities. Also
standard double / twin rooms with super king
beds, terrestrial / freeview TV and full
en-suite facilities. There is also a decked
patio area with barbeque and off road parking.
The house can be rented Self-Catering for up to
14 people.

Quay is ideal if you are visiting Liverpool for
pleasure or business, we are confident you will
have an amazing city experience.
The complex is
secured through a security gate with an intercom
and the apartments have a parking space.
City Quay where the apartments are situated has
a wonderful centre piece - a large Lake with
fountains and lights. The Albert apartment is on
the top floor, it has three bedrooms, 4 single
beds and 1 double giving this luxury apartment
room for up to 6 people. The Canada apartment is
on the second floor, it has two bedrooms, 3
singles and 1 double. The apartment has digital
TV, DVD, various books and a broadband wireless
connection. The apartments are luxurious and
spacious and furnished with modern appliances
throughout.
