development of modern properties. The property
is in a convenient coastal location in Wallasey
and offering direct access to the sea front.
Junction1 of the M53 is just 2 miles away
ensuring the cities of the North West are within
easy reach. By road, Liverpool is just 10
minutes drive and Manchester 1 hour.

Herons Well is
a newly converted two storey semi
detached property in a rural location on
a working farm. This spacious property is
furnished to a very high standard and can
accommodate six guests in three large
comfortable en-suite bedrooms, two double
rooms upstairs and one twin room on the
ground floor.
The twin room has a full bathroom with whirlpool
bath and roll in shower, and is ideal for the less
able bodied traveller. Herons Well has level entry
doorways and is suitable for wheelchair users. The
barn benefits from under floor heating, vaulted
beamed ceilings and has a log burning stove in the
lounge. The oak kitchen has fully integrated
appliances, fridge, freezer and full size
dishwasher, and a large range cooker. There is a
separate utility housing an automatic washing
machine and a tumble dryer. The barn has a large
private enclosed walled garden and there is ample
off road parking.
The Wirral Peninsula boasts several excellent
beaches and West Kirby has been awarded a coveted
Blue Flag. Golf, sailing, fishing and horse riding
are all available close by. The Wirral has an
abundance of country parks and footpaths for you
to enjoy and explore the many quaint and
interesting villages the area has to offer. Herons
Well is fifteen minutes from Liverpool, thirty
minutes from Chester and The Royal Liverpool Golf
Club is ten minutes away. Arrowe Park Hospital and
Clatterbridge Hospital are also within easy reach.
Herons Well is an ideal base for either the
business traveller or the holiday maker. Herons
