20 minutes away, Bournemouth, Poole & Southampton
just half an hour. There are numerous activities available locally,
including horse riding, cycling, fishing (on the
Avon) and of course glorious walks.
Avon Vale is the perfect base for and activity
holiday or simply a tranquil place to relax and

The Swallows Cottage
is set in over half an acre of beautiful rolling
countryside with spectacular views, on the edge
of the New Forest.
The newly built
accommodation includes everything you will need
for a totally relaxing holiday or short break.
The premises are suitable for less mobile people with
only one step at the front door. Dogs are allowed at £20
extra per week on application. Within a mile there are 3
pubs which serve good food and drink with a hearty
country atmosphere.
You will be surrounded by fascinating wildlife on a
daily basis from Swallows, Buzzards, Kites and
Sparrowhawk to Deer.
If you love nature at it’s best, this is the place for
you.

The beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury and vibrant Bournemouth are both within reach by car, and historic attractions such as Beaulieu and the Elizabethan mansion at Breamore House are also close to The Fairings.
