LITCHAM
Historic Litcham's local museum contains over
1,000 old photographs dating back to 1860. The Church of All Saints was
rebuilt in the early 15th century and features a 16th century rood screen
with 22 painted images of saints. Surrounded by countryside in the beautiful
Nar Valley, yet only a short drive from the spectacular North Norfolk coast,
Litcham is a great base for further exploration. There are a number of great
houses in the vicinity, including Royal Sandringham, Jacobean Blickling Hall
and the superb estate surrounding Palladian Holkham Hall.
