MUNDESLEY

Invaded by Romans and then Saxons, Mundesley is a fishing village with splendid beaches that attract tourists seeking a special seaside experience. Lord Nelson was often a returning guest at the Royal Hotel. In the late 1790's ‘Cowper House’ was briefly home to the poet William Cowper.
