restaurant, all within 300m of Home Farm.

accommodation comprises of 12 traditional brick
& flint properties that can take 2 people in the
smaller units or up to 7 in the larger cottages.
All properties are well appointed and equipped
including microwave, colour TV / video, fridge
with freezer compartment, CD player.
Guests also have use of our luxury indoor heated swimming
pool. Other facilities include a children’s play
area with swings and climbing frame, large games
room, pool and table tennis. We Regret No Pets. Home

Set with its own patio in the grounds of the owners' home it lies 2 miles from the popular Georgian town of Holt with its quaint shops galleries and splendid restaurants whilst coastal and river walks sailing and fishing can all be enjoyed close by. Seal watching boat trips depart from the fishing villages of Blakeney and Morston and RSPB reserves at Titchwell and Salthouse are a short drive as are sandy beaches at Sheringham and Cromer's traditional seaside delights. National Trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg and fine shopping in the medieval cathedral city of Norwich are also easily accessible. Pub and shop 1 mile.

The glorious beaches of the north Norfolk coast bird reserves fishing villages Royal Sandringham Blickling Hall (N.T.) and the market town of Aylsham are all within an easy drive as are the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city.
