Tucked away in a completely secluded waterside position with its own private mooring this large comfortable and well equipped property offers a tranquil haven for a Broads' holiday. Little traffic passes up the dyke making it ideal for children to enjoy using the rowing dinghy which is provided for quiet trips up the river (pictured) and fishing from the garden promises visitors relaxing pleasure. The main river is less than 20 metres away and a gentle ¼ mile stroll leads to the bustling heart of Wroxham and its shops cafes and riverside pubs. Glorious sandy beaches at Sea Palling Waxham and Winterton are within 12 miles and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall picturesque fishing villages bird reserves and seal watching boat trips off the North Norfolk coast are all within an easy drive as is Bewilderwood an imaginative treehouse adventure park that is a firm family favourite. The medieval city of Norwich with its magnificent cathedral castle museum cobbled streets galleries theatres cinemas and excellent shopping opportunities lies just 9 miles away.
