A disabled toilet is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and access can be gained to The Lord Byron Restaurant, The Minster Bar and The Minster Suite via ramps. All accommodation is on the first and second floors of the hotel and we currently do not have a lift. The staircase however is extremely wide and has a sturdy rail running down both sides. Staff are always on hand to help any guest with any special requirements.
