them safe for children & pets..
When designing our cottages we also considered
access for the elderly and partially disabled
guests, and included bedrooms and bathrooms on
the ground floor.
Each cottage is decorated and furnished to a
high standard, and are well equipped with all
the comforts of home. Our 2 smaller cottages are
ideal for couples but can also accommodation up
to 5 persons having a unique galleried area
above which is always exciting for children. Our
larger cottage sleeps up to 8 people and has all
the amenities for a larger family gathering.

and en-suite facilities
There is plenty of parking space and the
bridle path is ideal for dog walking. Our
cottages are a few metres from our Grade 11
listed farmhouse where extra 'room only'
accommodation is available.

perfect base for a self-catering holiday.

farm buildings, are available for short
breaks and holidays throughout the year.
Rickyard Cottage, The Byre and the Cornhouse
have retained many
of the buildings' original features.
These 150-year-old listed buildings offer all the
modern facilities you may require. Guests will
find that they are treated to some lovely
panoramic views across to the Wrekin and the
Stretton Hills. The relaxed pace of countryside
life is complemented by a huge amount to see and
do.
This delightful, brick-built semi-detached barn conversion has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a romantic retreat for two people that is both characterful and comfortable. The accommodation is all on ground level and the living space is open plan. The cosy lounge area has a log effect electric stove and makes the room an inviting space, whilst the modern kitchen is well equipped and has a charming dining area. The tastefully decorated bedroom is spacious and elegant and has the advantage of an en-suite shower room. Outside the property is a small courtyard to the front with furniture and views across to the Long Mountain. With some of the original beams and exposed stonework still in place, this is a beautiful property from which to enjoy this wonderful area.
