along Offa's Dyke.
The upstairs bedroom features a king-size
bed, whilst the ground floor bedroom
features twin beds down two small steps.
The bathroom with shower over bath is also
situated on the ground floor. Kitchen /Lounge area
features modern comforts including a wall mounted
television and a DVD player, washing machine,
dining table, a hi-fi system, a cot and high
chair. Oil central heated throughout, with
constant supply of hot water. Heated outdoor pool
is available to use from April (by arrangement).

Stunning views over open countryside towards the Welsh border are enjoyed by visitors to this delightful and very comfortable detached cottage. Newly refurbished to a high standard it enjoys a wonderful location for walkers with Offa's Dyke long distance footpath just 200 yards from the door. Mountain bike and equestrian centres are very close by and the village shop/post office and a pub serving good food are within easy walking distance. The historic city of Chester and Shrewsbury are both under an hour's drive and Snowdonia National Park is easily accessible.

delightful 16th century cottage was formerly a mill, and today is
brimful of character and charm. Adjoining the owners' home on a
working farm, it sits just 3 miles from fairytale beautiful Lake
Vyrnwy, where (by arrangement) visitors can enjoy clay pigeon
shooting and archery free of charge. Nature trails, bird watching,
fishing, sailing, kayaking and white water rafting are also
available. Shrewsbury, Chester and Wrexham are all within an hour's
drive and historic Welshpool and Oswestry are under 20 miles. Shop2

properties boast fantastic views over a valley to Chirk Castle and

unfold from the doorstep and with four pubs and village amenities
within 1½ miles this is a perfect base for a unique family
holiday. Ancient Offa's Dyke Path runs for 182 miles between
England and Wales and affords some of the best walking and most
stunning views in the UK. A host of outdoor pursuits are available
locally including coarse and fly fishing canoeing horse riding
woodland walks along the canal barge trips and golf. The
grounds at Brookside Leisure Park have steep gradients. However
cars can be driven right up to the accommodation.
