Our staff are keen to assist all our guests, to help ensure a pleasant and relaxed visit. We have a long term plan to improve access to the building. Entry is via steps at the front of the building on the old Market Square, for which removable ramps are available; there is an entry phone to request assistance on arrival. This grants access to reception, bar, restaurant and residents' lounge. There is also access from the private car park at the rear of the hotel. Ramps are available for the internal steps to gain access to reception, bar, residents lounge and restaurant. There is level access from the car park to the upper part of the split level function room. Bedrooms: All our bedrooms are on 1st or 2nd floor and it is not possible to install a lift or stair lift.
