Hereford cathedral's chained library and Mappa Mundi are 25 miles and the golden beaches of the Gower are easily within a day trip. A craft centre and pottery (3 miles) farm shops pony trekking canoeing and fishing are all nearby. A pub restaurant and shop are a short walk.
