Newly redecorated The Sunnyside is a friendly, comfortable listed building in Victorian Llandudno. Situated within the historic town centre, below the Great Orme and surrounded by all the attractions Llandudno offers. The hotel boasts 22 redecorated individual rooms all of which have en-suite bathrooms. Each room is individual, modern and comfortable and every room features LCD TV with freeview and tea and coffee making facilities. The establishment features a welcoming, warm and comfortable lounge and bar area for relaxing. Every morning, the hotel serves a freshly prepared full cooked breakfast in the restaurant. The hotel offer WiFi on the ground floor to all residents.

The Kinmel hotel occupies a prime position in Llandudno, overlooking the sea and from the rear of the hotel there are beautiful views of the Snowdonia mountain range. A perfect place to relax, the Kinmel is open all year round.

Some disabilities are not obvious and therefore we would appreciate prior notice to ensure that we can achieve our aim. We have a ground floor toilet in the foyer with easy access to the lounge. Parking is available at the rear of the hotel but access via this entrance is by 10 steps. There a 4 steps to access the main entrance. All staff are instructed that it is unlawful not to serve or discriminate against disabled persons. Staff are trained to act in a helpful and thoughtful manner. We currently have 3 ground floor rooms, however we do not currently have a lift. Our dining room is in the basement and is accessed by 13 stairs with handrails on either side. All paperwork can be completed by the reception staff.
The Regency Royal Hotel is a historic Grade II-listed Victorian building that has been elegantly refurbished to the highest standards, making the most of the architecture of the building itself and of its site overlooking the seafront of the historically popular seaside resort of Llandudno.
