river frontage.

traditional Welsh slate village of Bethesda. A warm

(formerly the hunting lodge to Penrhyn Castle). Relax
in front of the log fire after the day's activities.
Trout and salmon fishing is available on two stretches
of the Ogwen (permits locally). There's pony trekking
(8 miles) canoeing locally and magnificent walks.
