The upstairs bedroom features a king-size
bed, whilst the ground floor bedroom
features twin beds down two small steps.
The bathroom with shower over bath is also
situated on the ground floor. Kitchen /Lounge area
features modern comforts including a wall mounted
television and a DVD player, washing machine,
dining table, a hi-fi system, a cot and high
chair. Oil central heated throughout, with
constant supply of hot water. Heated outdoor pool
is available to use from April (by arrangement).

Stunning views over open countryside towards the Welsh border are enjoyed by visitors to this delightful and very comfortable detached cottage. This is a wonderful location for walkers as Offa's Dyke long distance footpath is just 200 yards from the door. Mountain bike and equestrian centres are very close by and the village shop/post office and a pub serving good food are within easy walking distance. The historic city of Chester and Shrewsbury are both under an hour's drive and Snowdonia National Park is easily accessible.
