Set in the quiet village of Llanegryn, this 19th Century end-terrace cottage is a stone-built property in the lovely Dysynni Valley. Situated in the Snowdonia region, where the mountains meet the sea, this charming holiday home offers a wonderful cottage atmosphere, seamlessly combined with modern facilities. Close by is the seaside town of Tywyn, the harbour village of Aberdovey and the Talyllyn Steam Railway – all of which provide visitors with a great day out – as well as the incredible Snowdonia National Park. Guests to this cosy cottage can also enjoy the region's excellent cycling, climbing, biking, bird watching, horse riding and golf facilities.

Superb walking cycle paths abundant wildlfe water falls mountains and lakes are all at hand making this an ideal place from which to explore the delights of southern Snowdonia. Just ½ mile away the Tan Y Lyn narrow guage railway winds its way through spectacular countryside to the coast and shops at Tywyn (4½ miles by road).
